The committee ask that you refrain from reserving a room until AFTER registration is paid per person. Reservations are made through the link below , do not call the hotel directly. If you find that one hotel is full, try the other hotel. More rooms will become available once the first block of 50 rooms is reserved. The hotels are very close (approx. 50 feet away and very much walkable see comparison pictures below).
